A quick question (hopefully)

Months ago I watch a sports programme (Trans World Sport) in which they had a feature of a Scandinavian FootballTeam (I think) from Finland, but the history of the club is very unique the club was founded by a particular group of immigrants. These people were originally from the Middle East although they're not ethnically Arab, Persian or even Kurd and they're Christians eventually throughout the centuries they migrated to a small part of Scandinavia.....Who are they again?

Sorry to be pedantic, but something cannot be "very unique", it is either unique or it isn't.
