Coffee And Sexism(Light Hearted Question)

After a nice meal dining out, my partner and like to have a coffee.I (F) have a double espresso,and my partner(M) has a Latte.Without fail I get the latte and my partner the espresso.It has got to such stage now that it has become a joke.Does anyone else encounter sexism when dining out.
This is not a serious question,just one for a bit of fun.

yes my OH is vegetarian. Without fail I am served the veggie meal while he gets the steak!

I'm a fish lover (they can't touch you for it apparently! ;-0) and my wife likes her steaks. Quite ofter waiters offer the wrong plates to the wrong people.

Same with my pint of Guinness....they always put it in front of the male....and give him the bill at the end of the meal...

I do like a nice Campari and Soda before a meal - or possibly an amontillado sherry - apparently neither of those seem to fit with my 'solidly built' 6ft 3in stature, so are usually offered to more or less anyone but me ...

We have travelled in the remoter regions of the world and Ann always carries the documentation , they always ask me ,. Once in India the only way the guy would accept them was from me. we then had the pantomime of Ann handing them to me then for me to give to him

Many years ago, a French Cuisine restaurant which I used to frequent had two menus, the one with the prices was given to me, and the one without prices to my girlfriend. This was their common practice with mixed couples.

I have come across that too, only this time it was a sort of double whammy.I had taken a mixed party of 8 to The Box Tree in Ilkeley.The Head Waiter asked who was the host(me of course) but he took some persuading that it wasn't my (male) partner.However,no menu except mine had prices,I thought this was nice,as it didn't put people off from ordering what they want,because of the price.
