An initial look at the page seems to find no reference to that address but there's a 'View Complete Profile' box. Clicking on it doesn't seem to help though as it only goes to a log-in box. However I was left wondering why Google had offered a link to that page, so I decided to take a look at the source code behind it.
That, helpfully, gets past the log-in requirement and shows that George Stones was shown in the 1901 census as residing at "1 Corporation Farm, St John's RD, Upper Mitton (Entire), Worcestershire, England".
He was the husband of Sarah J Stones and the father of Lottie, George F, Margaret, Harry Copley, May and Minnie Stones.
