.......Bing Bong the PA's gonna chime.
Off to the airport,
Show them me passport,
Get me to the plane on time!!!
All my own work. Clever clogs eh? (Voice from the back - "Gerroff yer pillock!!!"). Actually, it's for a memorial service for all Maltese crew lost on HMS Glorious on June 8th 1940. The President of Malta and the British High Commissioner will be in attendance at St. Lawrences' Church, Vittoriosa, in Birgu. It's always well supported by the locals as there were more Maltese casualties on Glorious than any other RN vessel in WW2. It will be memorable.

Hope all goes well, Clarion......its a lovely thought and reason for going to pay respect at the memorial. Enjoy your stay there.
I love Malta.....one of my favourite places in Europe, and go regularly each year, either for work committments, or holidays too.....or a bit of both.
I'll be there soon, second week in April, for a music festival week of fun and shenanigans. :-)

Chris,
Driving in Malta is an experience!.....It's either quiet early afternoon, as the Maltese are having their siesta, or really busy and you feel that you're in a dodgem car, at times. No 'give way to traffic on the right' over there.....their way of thinking is if they are first at junction/roundabout......they just go! .....Completely bonkers.
I do enjoy a challenge though. :-)
