this is your home work
so you have to think about it
the answer will require pros and cons
and then a conclusion
your teacher also wants you to discuss if there is a logical link between bin laden wearing a turban and whether wearing the same dress shows support
this is slightly more complicated - as the queen of england wears a brooch so does wearing a brooch of any kind show support of the queen of england ?
suppose she wore a brooch of St George ?
what about a cross ? if someone wore a cross
does that mean more than two crossed bits of wood ?
good luck

Surely Bin Laden was a Muslim, not a Sikh?
Sikhism is one of the only religions in the world which treats women as equals, like the Sufi Muslims - that's one of the reasons why the other Muslim sects hate them.
When I lived in Bedford, the only Asians were Hindus and Sikhs. Every weekend, the Sikh temples had an 'open door' policy, where anybody of any religion could enter their temples, ask any questions they liked and eat some of the food, which was always laid on for free.
The only Sikh I didn't like was an older chap, who always rode around on a bicycle, trying to chat up young girls - he was well known and generally avoided!
