Yes......he has served his time, but the question is, "is he safe to be let free into the community?"
I must say that the Parole System consisting of Social Workers and Psychiatrists do not inspire me with confidence on decision making and their past record on " rehabilitated offenders" is rather "pock marked."
If i was Katie Piper.....i would feel rather nervous.
In my opinion "acid attacks" should be treated by the law as "special cases, with longer or indefinite sentences.

Islay, clearly it isn't a question but it is something worthy of discussion. Like sqad, social workers and psychiatrists dealing with serious offenders don't inspire my confidence either. If I were Katie Piper I'd be rather nervous at news of his release.
