Most realtors would probably destroy photographs once a property has been sold, so the chances of you finding old photographs must be slim. However it's just possible that some realtors might have contributed photographs to some sort of archive service, such as the State Historical Society of Iowa. So it could be worth asking there. (Any family photographs, which happened to include the house or its environs will either have been passed down within the family or simply lost. So it's unlikely that you'll find any in the public domain).
Census records might show who used to live in the house and there might be further information about ownership within the property deeds. Once again, the State Historical Society of Iowa might be able to advise you:

However researching information about a house is always difficult, as there's often very little trace left of past owners & residents and there are hardly ever any photographs available.
You should also note that The AnswerBank is UK-based and, while we're happy to help people from all over the world, this probably isn't the best place to be asking for help with US historical research. Sorry!
