George Washington was Americas first and greatest president. America was started in 1776 with the Declaration of Independence. He was born in 1732. He stopped the Whiskey Rebellion from becoming a war in Pennsylvania. He kept us out of war in France. His experience as an army officer helped him avoid two wars during his presidency. Washington greatest example was retiring after only two terms.

"America was started in 1776".........actually, no it was not - far from it. America was first called America sometime in the 15th century A.D. Many, many millennia before that the land mass now called America came into being. The USA is only a part of America and Canadians to the north together with those living south of the USA are also Americans.
