If land had value then I would guess it would be King George III since I suppose he ruled through the peak of the British Empire.

don't know that George III had much personal stake there - for instance, India was run by the East India Company, not by London. By that stage a constitutional monarchy was in place.

Much earlier, Henry II ruled much of France as well as England, and it could be argued he still derived much personal wealth from his lands. I think he ruled the widest realm of any English king. Not sure about the kings of other countries.

During Henry 8th time I think the church was wealthier than the king. Not an individual I know.

This is why Henry broke up the monastries and stole all their wealth, because they were so rich and he needed the money.

Of course during this time Cardinal Wolseley looked after the kings money, and he made sure he also had plenty, maybe more than the king. Enough to build Hampton Court anyway.

When Henry saw Hampton Court he was furious at how much ot must have cost, and Wolseley gave it to him, but it was too late and he left the court, disgraced.

IAP I don't think Henry took all the money for himself by any means - a great many people helped themselves to the loot. Some, I have no doubt, founded family fortunes that are still with us.
