British Library.
I watched a program about Anne Boleyn. Which showed her personal bible in which HenryVIII and she had written before Henry’s divorce from Cathrin of Aragon.
Think it’s kept at the British library.
Can Joe Public request to see books like this, or only academics and historians.

It has occasionally been featured in special exhibitions (e.g. in Paris in 2015) but it's normally only available to bona fide researchers. (Getting a reader's ticket to the British Library is far from easy. You have to be able to prove that you have a genuine need to access materials which can't be found anywhere else in the country).
Two more of Anne's Books of Hours are on display at Hever Castle:

Buenchico, maybe we're thinking of different things but getting a reader's ticket was easy peasy for me: fill in a form online, turn up, have a photo taken, handed a card. How far it would entitle me to rummage round Anne Boleyn's books I don't know but for looking at more modern commonplace (but rare) books, no trouble.
