If anyone watched Sky Atlantics programme about Chernobyl, did you record it and if so, please would you consider making us copies on disc - or whatever the procedure is - as we can't get Sky or Sky Atlantic. I will, of course, pay for any discs made and postage. Very Many Thanks and Ta Muchly.

You can watch it on NowTV as well. Unfortunately I am not able to record it on my system but it was really good. One of the best dramas Ive seem in a long time.
It’s a five part series so won’t finish for a while.
I notice Sky have started (or maybe they always did it) screening stuff first off at 2am before repeating at peak time. There is obviously a good reason for this but I can’t think what it might be.

Many Thanks Both - just gotta find out now whether we've got NowTV!...smile
You’ll probably know if you have it: it allows you to watch Sky programmes without a sky subscription (tho at a price over and beyond your Now subscription). We had it for a while as they do home internet on a short term contract basis which is a very attractive proposition if you need that.

Many Thanks for the clarification ICH - we've only got freeview or whatever it is, so we'll just have to hope on the goodness of ABers!...sorry for any delay in replying, as I forgot to 'check' to receive emails - a right thicko aint I?..."I wouldn't disagree," smiles Lie-in King!
Ichkeria..

The reason for the 2am scheduling (as far as I am aware) is that this is the time that it is shown in the US and they do a simultaneous showing for the top series such as Game of Thrones. It is helpful if you do have NowTv as it means that as soon as that 2am show has happened, it is available on Catchup TV.

Woodelf... If you currently dont have NowTV.. you can get a NowTV stick for about £14 and it costs £7.99 per month for a subscription but you can cancel that at any time and start up again at any time. I tend to activate mine when series come on that I want to watch like Game of Thrones, Chernobyl etc and then deactivate it when I have watched them.

Very Many Thanks for that info Bag (if I may?)...smile...we will have to "see" if it's worth it!
You are welcome Wooelf.. and you may (lol)..
I find that it is not worth keeping on full time for myself as I have got so many of the series in its archives on DVD already but it does have a large box set archive and is worth having a good browse through that. It has things like Criminal Minds, Billions etc but also has a lot of the Gold collections like Only Fools and Horses, Green Wing etc too. However, as it is so easy to activate and deactivate, I just keep my eye on what new series are coming on and just watch what I want without it costing a fortune.
