With one exception, all of the changes made to its appearance and working seem to have been for the worse. Their ad / facilities info taking over the whole screen; frequent breakdowns; after composing a msg, Send box can only accessed after reducing Zoom. Adding new contacts is very complicated; Address Book stretches out endlessly. and so on. Do others have these problems?
Only one plus. Auto tick of read msges has been disabled.

Old Geezer. I've been with BT c. 3-4 years and although the basic layout of their site is the same, its features have changed.
