There have been several cases where rail workers have come into contact with live overhead wires and have been taken to hospital happily chatting away to people. However their relatives have immediately been called in to hold their hands during their dying moments, because the medics have known that their internal organs will have been rendered useless. (It's amazing what one learns on railway safety courses!)
