Just been to Lidl for a couple of bits. Am in queue and somehow got talking to the guy behind me - am guessing he was in his 70’s, very healthy looking and dressed much younger. Ended up telling me he was widowed 2 years ago. We got talking about all random stuff - me laughingly apologising for wearing clothes covered in paint and told him I was decorating. He said yeh yeh I believe you lol. Started completely innocently flirting in a totally joking way which I played along with while laughing. Even the guy behind us started laughing. Get to till and pay and he says “ Same time next week?? “ . It’s a date I said, and off we went our separate ways. Was only 10 mins of daft fun but really made me smile, and you could see it did him too. #itsthelittlethings

One thing smow you really bounce back quickly. Severe urinary infection last Thursday, upset stomach Friday , managing to decorate over the weekend with a broken coccyx and do grocery shopping today. Wonder woman indeed!

APG - not sure if that’s tongue in cheek or genuine!? Antibiotics kicked in pretty quickly and was loads better by Sunday. Had to drop 2nd urine sample off today and they rang an hr ago to say it’s still showing infection and. Luke I go and pick up second lot of antibiotics.
Back still in pain but nowhere near as bad. As long as I don’t drop anything or need to bend down! Am just painting dado rail which is waist height as bored out of my mind!
