No, because the only destinations on the "Green" list are Iceland (temperature today 9 degrees), Israel (all sunbeds have been destroyed by Hamas rocket attacks), Gibraltar (self-isolation for five days required followed by a test) and a few isolated destinations in the South Atlantic (where it's the middle of winter).
