Honiton Library Logo Quiz - 4 September

Is anyone doing this logo quiz? Really struggling to find them.
I will try to explain the best I can. Here goes.
No.5 Looks like two heads looking into an open book.
No.15 Elephant on top of a weather vane pointing with the arrow pointing west.
No.25 2 black curvy lines from top left to bottom right
No.37 2 shades of green square with an angled cross to the left side.
No.46 Horse and an old type two wheeled cart facing left
No.47 Black dot with 2 flag like lines going right
No.48 Turquoise blue heart split sort of an L inside half a heart.
Bit vague but hopefully someone will have some clues.

18 2 crossed bent arrows
22 cathedral with 18 95 to left and right
21 Red circle with what appears to be an oval inside but blacked out as name must be underneath
28 orange stem with red and orange leaves
Thank you. Would not know how to describe 36 it is red. yellow and blue and may have letters in blue to right in blue.

Thank you newbie20, skitts and tuvok. Looking at the answers from the others I agree with all of them. I am just left with 2 now. No.25 the two black wavy lines and No.37 the green square with the angled cross on it. I understand how difficult it is without seeing the logo itself.

I normally takeva phot of my entries - but didn't for this one, so having to look these up again.

I use tineye.com, google reverse image search, yandex and an app on the ipad.

Back in a minute with the answers.
