As far as I know.
In any case they ae allegedly exchangeable at the Post Office for new equivalents when they come out.

Not quite, Royal Mail states, "Special Stamps with pictures on and Christmas Stamps without a barcode will continue to be valid and don't need to be swapped out."

The "normal" stamps without a barcode cannot be used be used after 31.1.23.
