You Mightn't Be Able To Help Here
I have a design in my head for outside in my backyard - it will include a downstairs toilet which I need, sink and small shower.
Is there any where i could see the design on the website - thanks

It will need good insulation to stop the pipes freezing, a heater to stop you freezing, electricity, water, drainage and ventilation. It will probably be very expensive.
It can be any design you want, here are some fancy pants garden rooms that could have a shower room

I have no idea of building costs at all, I don't know what bo-bos are, nor where they go. I don't know if you are buying a pre-made unit to be fitted out to your specs of if you are having one built with brick.
I don't know if you can have 'a wee blow heater' in a wet room due to safety implications.
Your builder will know the cost.
Power/water/drainage and bathrooms as well as any building will require building regs.
Depending on what you kit is out with Davebros estimate could be quite conservative. Building materials have risen massively, £10 a bag of Multi these days, just bought a load yesterday and that was best price we could find down here.
yes - those wee photos are a great example - it gives me a good idea and I do thank yous all for going to the trouble of looking for me as I wouldn't have a baldy where to start.
I am actually thinking of a shed'y' effect and would be connected to the back of the house with a small hall (to avoid bad weather) between my back of the house and the shed. I have checked the price of the shed some time ago and it alone was £1,100. My builder/neighbour has told me it can be done and Barry boo boos meant that emptying of the bladder and bowel is near to where a drainage system is in the backyard which should mean that could be taken care of - he is a good builder but very laid back - God knows when he will start as he seems to have plenty of work on and then we have twelfth July fortnight to keep us back again. thanks all again
