A spell in Landsberg prison allowed a political activist time to write of his struggle which would eventually lead to a world war.

Would the prison authorities allow England's latest celebrity inmate to pen his manifesto while he enjoys their hospitality?

Will they allow him to srpead his excrement all over the walls?

His working title was The Tommyknockers but that's been taken.

There are a few Tommyknockers round here...

An attempt to smear TR as Hitler?

We see thought you every time mate.

The question we should all be asking is:

"Do we want a justice system that puts someone in a Cat A prison in solitary confinement for wht is effectively a civil matter?"

Some read more into my posts than is there.

I agree , Waxy-Lemon could be under threat from some in the wider prison population but solitary confinement shouldn't be the answer.  It's far too cruel.

I suggested on another thread he could be housed on the 'nonces wing'.  Human contact is important for good mental health.

sandyRoe, why don't you call him by his name?  That's so childish.  I agree with YMB.

what isthe point in having court orders ift hey can be ignored and broken with no punishment?

He's being punished.

"sandyRoe, why don't you call him by his name?  That's so childish."

for exactly the same reason people say beer korma, two tier kier, robber reeves, Beep beep see, elf n safety.

Indeed.

//why don't you call him by his name?  That's so childish//

That's a question that can also be put to a number of posters In the news section

No.  Yaxley-Lennon is a diminutive fellow.  Bullies tend to pick on people smaller than themselves.

This character in Landsberg prison was a bit of an anti-semite and an anti-Zionist wasnt he sandyRoe?Ring any bells regarding some of the posters on here?

Well then, you are more delusional that I thought.

You know as well as I do that you are not but pretending to not know makes you feel better about yourself.

Was he really an anti-Zionist?

The idea of taking neighbours' land for living space for your own people does ring a bell.

Hitler was not an anti-zionist

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haavara_Agreement

he wanted jews out of europe by hook or by crook. when settling them elsewhere failed he turned to extermination

//Hitler was not an anti-zionist //

That's misleading.  Founding a separate Jewish state wasn't on Hitler's agenda.  He just wanted to shuffle the Jews off to Palestine.

He just wanted to shuffle the Jews off to Palestine.

er well ( I hestitate to give a strong 'noop') he had other ideas for the Jews of Europe - clearly later - we are talking about 1923 arent we?

but really we always knew that

In terms of writing from prison - the divine OScar penned is ballad of Reading Gaol. I am certain the suffragettes didnt  jeep quiet when they were in the slammer.

The sinking post master general - John Stonehouse read proofs of the days evidence when he was tried ( for saying he was dead when he wasnt)

Do we know that Tarmmy can read and write ?
