London Underground Museum

I'm interested in seeing the Cabinet War Rooms used during WW2 by Winston Churchill. I believe that this is part of the London Underground Museum (but I may be wrong). Can anyone please give me contact details for the museum. Thanks in advance.

Its actually part of the Imperial War Museum.

It's in Whitehall, not very far from Westminster underground station. Entrance a couple of years ago was about �7.


If you're interested in that sort of thing, then you might also want to visit Dover Castle and the secret wartime tunnels, from where the evacuation of Dunkirk was masterminded. The guided tours are quite good.

Thanks folks! Postdog - is that bunker the one that is signed "Secret Nuclear Bunker" that I've seen in photos?


Also, thanks to anyone else who is gonna reply.

I went last year and it is well worth a visit.Very interesting.
Although the entrance fee for an adult (not concession) is more like �10.50.I have just had a look at the ticket which I had saved !
