Can anyone please tell me the name of the largest aircraft carrier in the US navy?

The Nimitz class of aircraft carrier (of which there are 3 ships) are the largest in length, although the USS Enterprise claims the title of longest if you count its deck edge safety nets. The class with the largest flight deck area is the Nimitz class (3 ships), including the Improved Nimitz class (soon to be 7 ships).

the nimitz class aircraft carriers are the largest, the last one of this class is being built as we speak, the george h.w. bush. that will make a total of ten, i believe they are all the same size.
