This is a prisoner who has changed his name by deed poll to his hero from the death wish movies. I don't think he's ever actually killled anyone, but he keeps attacking people, since he has been in prison and getting more time added to his sentence. The authorities consider him sufficiently dangerous that he can't be released.

ian brady is never allowed out of prison. he murdered children on the yorkshire moors. the police found all the bodys exept 1. brady will not tell the police where he had buried the child. his companion was myra hindley but she died in prison.
