poor old Pope
You can pretty much say what you like about Catholics, Protestants, whatever...but Muslims, whoaaa no!!! One tiny comment and there's uproar all over the globe. Photos on the news depict demonstrators with furious facial expressions and banners. But have they really researched and considered the situation before erupting, or are they simply following like sad sheep? And this despite the fact that most terrorism of the last decade or so has been committed by people claiming to have acted in the name of Islam. How on earth is this religion attracting rather than repelling new followers?

I think Muslims have a right to be offended, when such comments are delivered by such a prominant person at a sensitive time. I am not Muslim, I am by default C of E, in case you think I am in any way prejudiced. As in the above post, surely the majority of us want to live in peace and harmony. When you see pictures of kids starving or dying through lack of medical care on the next broadcast, doesn't that put things into perspective?
