Is the preserved body of Lenin still on public display outside the Kremlin, Red Square, Moscow or did they give him a proper funeral after the fall of the Iron Curtain?

I think it's on permanent display in the Lenin Mausoleum in Moscow.
I heard they are going to put him in the ground soon, it is costing too much money and they haven't got any cus Chelsea and Portsmouth fc have got it all.
there was a BBC2 programme on the other night called Treasures of the Kremlin and, from memory, Lenin's preserved body was one of things they showed. Queues of people looking at it. So I think the answer to yoru question is yes to the public display and no to the proper funeral.
