Must have been an amazing revolution.

According to your dates above it started in 1984 and went BACK in time to 1917.

Try explaining that in an exam :-)

Big Tip - when quoting dates in a history exam (or, in fact, generally), the convention is to quote the date range from earliest (sometimes called "oldest") to most recent (or "stuff what happened not that long ago")

So, in the above example, it would be written "1917 - 1984".

Remembering this, and putting your name at the top of your paper could earn you a valuable mark.
