Definitely Devena and not Devana? Only the Via Devana runs through Leicester en route from Colchester to Chester (aka Deva):

also discovered that the earliest charter for Aberdeen was granted by King William the Lion (William I of Scotland) about 1179, This granted the city royal burgh status.
