Yes,
I had an account with them when I was there in the 80's. they are very good

Yes, they are a real bank but must disagree with JohnLambert, like all Northern Irish Banks they are a shower of robbing b@st@rds! The four main Northern Ireland banks have been under investigation by Which magazine, for overgharging, basically forming a cartel and pric -fixing of charges etc, so be warned.
