The only thing I can find is the Isthmian Games, held every two years in the Isthmus of Corinth. I don't know whether this counts as a valley.
Definitely not a valley, so my suggestion doesn't help. Sorry.
this the Nemean games?
jno has probably suggested the right games - they were held every two years at Nemea which was in the valley of the Nemea river.
