hagia sofia, it's a museum now, might get there next week if it's not too hot.
There are two R.C. Cathedrals in Istanbul today The St Espirito (Holy Spirit) & the St Antonio di Padua. The Hagia Sophia (St Sophias) was the Patriachal Cathedral until 1453 when the city was captured by the Ottomans and it was converted to a mosque. In 1935 it was converted by the government into a museum.
I think Hagia Sofia was the only Byzantine one, though as said it hasn't technically been a cathedral since 1453.
AS jno says St Sofias is probably the only one that can count as Byzantine. If you get there dot enjoy it I found it well worth the time taken to visit
