lets say its possible...but...you can only travel back in time once, you cant get back, you cant take anything with you, and it has to be within your own lifetime. so, if you could, what aspect of your life would you change, now your all the wiser to the concequences of your choices you made on "the first time round!" and where in your life would you go?

okay, in case that makes no sense because i usually just babble on, heres an example...

say you were in a car crash that crippled you for life. you turned left. you back in time, knowing turning left will cause you the crash, and make you crippled, so this time, you turn right and save yourself!

now, obviously, theres the usual problems with time travel im aware of. paradoxes etc etc. e.g you turn right and avoid the crash, but doing so, then killed the person behind you, who turned left, they werent supposed to die, they were enroute to delivery a baby at home! hehe - complecated! but for the sake of the question, lets maybe ignore all that stuff for now!

what would i change? where would i go? needs more thought!

hows about making it an easier question eh? it is Sunday and I have not had the patience to read beyond your first paragraph yet. So, based on your first paragraph i would go back 3 weeks and book 2 weeks in Turkey, not one.
and when you were offered that opportunity to join the Spice Girls you wouldn't say 'I'd rather sell shoes, thanks'?
I'd go back to my schooldays and buy shares in microsoft
I'd have studied harder for my leaving cert.
OK I'm going to get grief for being all scanctimonious (sp???) but I wouldn't change a thing; I'd do it all again exactly the same, even the bad stuff. Maybe if something really bad had happened I'd think about it, but I've had a very dull life lol.

Maybe I'd memorise the EuroMillions numbers the week it got to 98,000,000,000 and put a ticket on though...
ah but if you changed it you would never arrive at the point where you travelled back in time to change things so it would remain as it is.... so you would travel back in time and change things ad infinitum!!!!!
