Some people say the Tudor and Stuarts were foreigners in England. How so?

perhaps in the same way that the windsors are - they're german.
Henry VII, first of the Tudor kings, was Welsh. James I, first of the Stuart kings in England, was Scottish.
That would be James the First of England, and Sixth of Scotland.
