War Medals

I know my late Father was eligible for medals but chose never to receive them. I would very much like to ask for them but I really do not know who I should contact to request them. Can anyone please advise?

Kempie, thank you - the link is from a person who was a veteran who never claimed medals belonging to him. I am a person whose father never claimed medals belonging to him that I would lnow ike to claim on his behalf. I presume the address would be the same for family to collect rather than actual recipiemts?
