Can anyone tell me the main physical characteristics of Italians/Sicilians/Greeks, French, and Irish? Or anything they do like gestures or anything? Thanks! If you only know one, that's ok!

they are all of the genus Homo and the species Sapiens, therefore the majority will walk upright on 2 legs, and talk in a language native to the part of the world in which they were born. Oh and all the French wear stripey jerseys with strings of onions round their necks.

And the Irish have red hair, freckles and alternate their time between getting outrageously drunk, letting off bombs and saying 'top of the morning to you'.

The saying 'top of the morning to you' is not at all common in Ireland. In fact the only time I heard of it was while living in London and English people were expecting me to say it!

There are some excellent Scientific journals and periodicals that describe the characteristics you seek. For those not directly connected with the scientific community, probably one of the easiest to obtain is a publication called "The Sun", (aka "The Scum")
This journal, with its distinctive red mast-head, carries some excellent well-researched, objective and in-depth articles on Wops / Spiks / Dagoes etc. and there respective traits, both physical (big-noses, greasy, eetc.)and cultural (Garlic-eating, bum-pinching, war-losing etc. etc.)
However, you could forego the abstract word, and experience these peoples and culture for yourself . Far-off and exotic locations such as Benidorm and Faliraki are excellent locations to observe these funny little Europeans in their natural environment.
