any one know the opening times of the norvik centre in York please

Do you mean, Jorvik Centre,blackfish and they have their own website.Opening times are 10am to 5pm in Summer and 10am to 4pm in Winter.It's quite expensive but worth it.
You can prebook tickets via their website.
This is advisable, as during the school holidays the queues are huge.

Yes I did mean Jorvik .We are going to York on Sunday and I wondered if it was open
Another really good place to visit is York Castle Museum it has a lifesize Victorian Street and the weekend you are going they have a Chinese themed exhibition, hope you have a lovely time, York is one of my favourite places.

Thanks for the tip Moonshadow.I think I am going to be very busy trying to fit everything in that we want to see, but I am sure we will enjoy it.

don't miss the Minster, a walk through the medieval Shambles, and maybe a ghost tour - it's a very ghost-ridden city.
