It was launched in 1985. The brand is now owned by Lever Faberge (a Unilever company). Outside the Uk it's known as 'Axe'. Visit www.haveyougotthetouch.com this is a promotional website for the new fragrance 'Touch'. There doesn't seem to be a more general website covering the whole range.

As rja211077 says, Lynx is known as Axe outside UK. There is a page on the Unilever UK site on Lynx at http://www.unilever.co.uk/ourbrands/brand_lynx.html and see this press release from last week - http://www.leverfaberge.co.uk/upload/Lynx%2024-7%20Media%20C ampaign.doc Advertising for Lynx in the past has seen the use of micro-websites that are online only for the length of a particular campaign and use viral marketing to gain visitors.
