When Cyprus moved from Cyprus Pounds to Euros in January 2008, what was the official exchange rate. We bought a plot and agreed with a developer a build cost in Cyprus Pounds. Now we need to know what the official exchange rate is. We need to convert the contract from Cyprus Pounds to Euros. Many thanks
