Neither nation deserve a place on Earth, so I don't really care.

I'd like to see the Germans do well usually. Culturally they're the closest match to us in Europe. However I'm cheering for Spain as they play good football and are one of those teams that deserve to do better than they get. IMO France and Italy are the opposite.
