I have just found out my wife to be has NEVER seen ANY of the Star Wars movies or ANY of Lord of the Rings!!!!!

Worse still, she is UNSURE if she has seen any of the Rocky films and was unaware there are more than one Terminator!!!!!

Oh yes, Titanic has been seen a dozen times along with numerous other odious chick flicks and sickly films.

Don't get me wrong, I have often enjoyed a romantic comedy or chick flick, my personal favourite being Love Actually.

I have had many a night in with a cup of tea and a hob-nob enjoying the delights of Hugh Grant, but what the flip are the female of the species playing at when they completely and instantly dismiss ALL forms of sci-fi, fantasy or "man films"

Why women, why????????

Hi abdulmajid.I've never seen any of the films you mentioned either but I love mafia type films. One of my all time favourites is The Untouchables. I detest sci fi but I'm not automatically drawn to chick flicks. (but I do like Hugh Grant! )

The Rocky films are very uplifting Sara, (have you never heard the theme tune?!). Plus Star Wars has fun bits!

i saw the Titanic twice, the second time i thought the driver of the big ship will miss the iceberg but no the pillock still drove straight into it.some people never learn
