Yet another Scotland Yard race row.

Should we not just hand over the whole country to them now? It would be cheaper in the long run.
Earns in excess of 60,000 a year, and has been off sick for a year, with a stress related illness.
But not to worry she has the full weight of the Metropolitan Black Police Association behind her, she can't lose.

So let's see if I've got this right?
The fact that there are lots of racial discrimination cases being brought against the Met indicates that the Met are entirely blameless and coloured officers are chancing their arm
And
The fact that there are lots of coloured people arrested for certain crimes means that they are all (or in the vast majority) guilty.
And you don't see any logical problem with these two positions?

I misread this thread as "Yet another brass sues Scotland Yard" and assumed this was a story about a prostitute suing the Met.
Anyway...let's get a bit of perspective here...how many cases can we recall of Muslim police officers suing their employers?
I can name two. They've both happened this year.
Hardly the opening of floodgates, is it?
And whilst we're at it, shouldn't we be treating our brave girls and boys in blue with the respect that our soldiers get, rather than jumping on them 'when they step out of line'?
I smell the acrid tang of hypocrisy here.
