88...There is a Hollies hit wich would fit the clue , but I can't confirm it anywhere. 76...I have a singer whose Christian name & surnae start with the same letter. It seems a bit daft to have two separate questions about Curly Wurly that would lead to the answer Terry Scott to both of them. I can find no reference to two and a half pence anywhere, I can remember it being said, but not by whom.

I have nothing for 88 and cannot find anyone for 76. The sites clearly state that Madonna's contract was withdrawn but she was allowed to keep the 5m dollar advance so she can't have turned it down.
