Incitatus was a horse that was made one of the most powerful rulers in the Roman Empire by the emperor Caligula!
Why didn't Incitatus answer this question?
Because by the time I opened it the hughester already had
Incitatus never actually became consul, tho he was a senator, Gaius put hime on the list to become consul but he was accidently hacked to death before incitatus' turn came round. Claudius had him removed from the rolls of the senate.
