act within the law but take kids away anyway
1 Answers
My children were in voluntary care which means i can take them home when i want. i did this but the police were called and took the children pending a court case. my solicitor does not know about the court case (less than 24hrs before) and the people who should know dont but social worker does. how can i act in the law but kids be taken, no abuse or ill behaviour they were in care because i found the situation hard to deal with when my mom sexualy abused my son but this has not been looked into at all. i took the children from cumbria to my new home in Scotland but told on this i have to follow english law. i'm confused.

Did you advise social services of your intent to remove the children. Its best to contact the social worker to discuss your case. Equally your solicitor can contact social services legal team to obtain information on their concerns.
