Oh my gosh, how incredibly unlucky. Yet, there is no hex on you even though it may seem like this. Three years ago lost my Nana- very special to me + my father in law in the space of 4 days of each other. Heart plus prayers go out to you big time middkasam. Life sometimes sends us many challenges at once yet you will get through this + take comfort in all those around you whom care including the top posters here. Take excellent care of you. Hey middkazsam, sorry to hear about your bird. What type was he? One of mine died this week too. A cockatiel called Cheeky (he used to wolf-whistle).

Did your bird have a good innings? Mine had reached double figures, we don't know how old he was when we picked him up as a rescued bird. He might have already been old back then.

He was a lovely little fella and I'm gonna miss him such a lot.

sorry to hear that you seem to get times like that when every thing goes wrong dont you ,last year i lost 3 cats my dog and 3 aunts ,1 of the cats and dog died within a week of each other and ,then in september all 3 aunts died within 3 weeks of each other , my husband got made redundant and another 1 of my cats got hit by a car and had to lose her leg september was a sh~t month, this morning i have had a hen die she was old so its not quite so bad

my bird was a zebra finch i had 2 lost one this january then lost my gradad in feb then my cat last monday and my bird this saturday. also a freind in feb been a bad yr. to much sadness around and so many ppl my age are dying which is so wrong they should have many more yrs yet
