Royal Navy Ships

I have in my possession a ships crest/ wall plaque, but cannot identify which ship it belongs to.
It is topped with the crown usually found on these crests, and the picture below shows two palm trees on a beach with the sea in the background. On the horizon is a mushroom cloud, from which I assume to be an H-bomb test. Between the palm trees against the sand are four playing cards, all the fives. Above this and under the crown are the letters N.P. and the number 5555. Underneath the picture are the words 'A STRONG HAND'.
Is anyone able to identify the ship, date and place for me. I'd be most grateful. Thanks.

What you have sounds like an "award" given to a ship or group of ships that took part in a particular operation or exercise. From your description I'd be thinking of RN or RAN ships involved in the atomic bomb testing off the coast of Australia in the 1950s conducted by the British MOD.
