Origin of the name ZOLINEROWSKI
Can anybody tell me the origin of the name Zolierowski, as Iam having no luck.

The only record that did appear was in the passenger lists. A Jan Zolnierowski departed Southampton on 16 August 1927 on the SS Olympic (White Star Line) bound for New York. He was 36 years of age and was Polish. He didn't have any family with him, but was with quite a few other Polish nationals. He arrived in the UK in London, on a Baltic ship - can't quite make out what the word is. I take it from that he was passing through the UK and not resident.
