Got a computer game for my iPad HD pinball ..very good game ...but how the he'll can your ball get stuck in a software game ?

Mine just has ....it is jammed under a little spinning flap ...you can see the jammed ball ...my wife said nudge the screen ...errrrr it's a computer program hello ....
Did try and nudge the screen ...shake the iPad ...but the ball is still stuck .....
What the he'll .....
