Winston Churchill print

I have a print of a painting of Winston Churchill. The artist is Arthur Pan. And the original is hanging in the American embassy. It was painted in the second world war. The print I have looks like it could possibly be an "original" print from the same time. It is on some kind of board and is made to look like an oil painting with brush strokes. On the reverse it has part of a Churchill speach...... "The cause of freedom and of justice; Of the weak against the strong; Law against violence; Mercy and tolerance against brutality and iron bound tyranny." It is signed by Churchill and dated December 5th 1942. Not sure if the signiture is a print or not. What I want to know is what its worth, if anything or should I just dump it.

I have a print of Oliver Cromwell, found on the back of an old painting which we inherited. It is Refusing the Crown, it is in great condition but don't know what to do with it as Oliver Cromwell wasn't the most charming of men. Now with this post maybe someone will enlighten me! Hope your print is of value, Winston Churchill is an iconic figure.

Yes Paddywak, that is the one but mine is on board and looks like it is an actual oil painting with kind of brush strokes.
