Elvis, we would need entertainment!!
Marilyn Monroe! because she was an icon!
Winston Churchill, not sure why!
Bobby Moore, a truely great football captain
And Tommy Cooper i remember watching him when with my dad. When i was young!!
You are right just 5 is hard but i had to pick a reasonable number for a dinner party!!
My list:
Adolf Hitler: Would be interested to hear his views personally and determine whether he was barmy or not.
Robbie Coltrane: I find him very amusing and interesting, especially his love of engineering/mechanics! We'd probably bore everyone to death!
Christopher Lee or Peter Cushing: Just fascinated by them! I'm sure they have more than an interesting tale to tell!
Scarlett Johansson: Eye candy plus would like to learn more about her! :)
Isaac Newton: A local to where I lived, would like to learn more!
Sir Winston Churchill, (because it would be such an honour just to sit at the same table as such a great leader of men).
Old big 'ead Brian Clough (for his straight-talking no holds barred brilliance which might even have Sir Winston quaking in his boots! Coupled with the fact that he's the greatest son of my hometown, Middlesbrough).
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, for his undisputed genius and while he's here he can provide some beautiful background music.
Jesus, in case we ran out of wine. He could also answer a lot of questions, and
Vickie Pollard so she could disagree with everything that's said and put her own slant on things!
Michael Collins
to ask him how it felt to be stuck in the command module while Neil Armstrong & Buzz Aldrin got all the attention.
Bobby Robson
because he's a God as far as I'm concerned
Rosalind Franklin
to hear her side of the story with Watson & Crick
Dan Cruickshanks
because he has such passion for his subject. I think it would be great to have him as an uncle.
Bob Monkhouse
because he was one of the nicest & by far the wittiest & intelligent men I have ever met (and very good at drawing caricatures so we'd all have a memento of the evening)
I would have.....
my gran who died before I was born - so I could meet her and my dad could see his mum again
my aunty - who died when she was 17, my mum says I'm alot like her so I'd like to meet her and see if I was.
my mum and dad - just because I love them :o)
my boyfriend - because hes lovely ^_^
My Grandad - He was like a best mate and died very suddenly, would love to see him again.
Abi Titmus - my dream woman, filthy and bouncy !
Tony Blair - So I could let him know that some of us still think hes a great PM, our economy is superb.
Richard Branson - So I could scrounge a couple of million pounds off him.
Johnny Vegas - He'd have me in stitches and would be as drunk as me
Jeffrey Archer - So I'd have someone to punch at the end of the night if I got too drunk.
