Prison Has 10 Pool Tables, A Gym & A Snooker Room.

Justice Secretary, the Rt Hon Ken Clarke MP, has little time for incarcerating people.
Why? Ford Open Prison, recent scene of mass rioting costing millions of pounds damage, boasts the above named luxuries for its inmates.
What, therefore, is prison actually for? How can wrongdoers be "punished" if they're living in the lap of luxury? And then they STILL riot? And guess who picks up the bill, Mr Clarke?
Something's badly wrong with our Criminal Justice system!

A few pool tables and a gym are hardly in the same league.
