How do you remove tin foil pasted onto a wall.

The tin foil is pasted flat against the wall and was used to reflect heat from a radiator back into the room.(radiator has now been removed)

Difficult one dorcan. What adhesive was used? May be score it and use a wallpaper steamer as in stripping walls? Do you know anyone that owns a hand held steaer with attachments?

The glue/paste you need to worry about.
Anything from hot water to thinners, depending on what the adhesive is.
